Important Notes: 

  • This tank hold approximately 68 gallons of fuel. The float's empty position in the S&B Tank is the same as the OEM tank. Since the bottom surface area on the S&B Tank is larger, the 68 Gallon tank will have a greater fuel reserve.
  • The nozzle at high flow fuel stations(truck stops) will not be able to fill automatically.

S&B's replacement fuel tank holds 3 more gallons than competitor tanks allowing you to save time, go further, and get more out of your truck!

EASY DISTANCE TO EMPTY CALIBRATION.

We offer a free service to update the computer in your truck so the Distance to Empty (DTE) displays the accurate range. This works for 2011-2022 Ford trucks. No 2023 calibration at this time.

USE YOUR OEM SKID PLATE.

If you don't have a skid plate on your truck already, no problem! But if you do, we designed the S&B Tank to allow you to reuse the factory skidplate.

USING A FASS / AIRDOG LIFT PUMP? ADD S&B'S SENDING UNIT!

S&B Tanks work with OEM and aftermarket lift pumps. Aftermarket lift pumps(FASS & Airdog) provide more fuel to your diesel engine but face issues at a 1/4 tank fuel level. The S&B Sending Unit allows you to drive to empty with your aftermarket lift pump. Completely plug and play, with no need to modify your OEM tank or sending unit.

2019 F450 installing S&B Tank and SPE CAT Fuel Filter System Together

I had installed the 70 gallon tank on my previous 2014 F350. I recently purchased a 2019 F450 and wanted the S&B tank as well as the SPE Fuel Filter System. Love this expanded tank. Straightforward swap for the OEM; if you don't have a Saturday to dedicate to the install, many shops will do it for you. Now have a comfortable 600+ mile range when towing my 5th wheel, further than I travel in most given days. Great customer service too! Thanks! Yall nailed this one.
