Built to Perform.
S&B's Heater Block Delete is CNC Machined from 6061 – T6 Aluminum and is built for extreme performance. Because of its simple, trouble free
installation, it's a breeze to switch back to your stock heater grid, for
engine starting during the cold winter months.
Maximize Airflow.
The S&B heater block delete increases airflow by 30.91% over the highly restrictive OEM heater grid. More airflow equals better performance.

The Perfect Pair.
For even greater airflow, improved turbo spool, and to help lower EGTs, make sure to stack your heater block delete with our Premium Intake Elbow.
If you drive in an area that drops below 30 °F, you should not install this product during these conditions, as you will need the OE heater grid in order to start your truck. The OE heater grid is used if the ECM reads intake manifold air temperatures below 19 °C (66 °F) to help with long cranking starts. The air heater elements are used to heat incoming air to the intake manifold. This is a necessary feature for those living in colder climates; however, the heater grid does restrict airflow..
