JLT Super Big Air Intake for 2007-2009 Mustang GT500

JLT 148mm SUPER BIG AIR Intake system for 2007-09 GT500.  RECOMMENDED FOR CARS 800 RWHP AND HIGHER

NEW TUBE DESIGN
All new and thick, roto-molded plastic tubes. A full 5.5" at the throttle body to mate up with the huge KB twin 75mm throttle body and 6" at the filter. It also has a new larger heat shield with two mounting points and a weather strip that seals to the hood. With a huge 6” opening on the tube, we needed a huge filter so we got with S&B and gave them some measurements. All filters have a molded-in screen to keep airflow nice and smooth across the MAF. Finish it off with a silicone coupler and stainless clamps. NO METAL TUBING HERE!!

MOLDED-IN MAF
The best part of this new JLT SUPER Big Air is the MASSIVE 148mm MAF housing molded right in the tube. This not only look great, but the smooth inside makes air flow nice and smooth.

HEATSHIELD
Roto-molded heat shield to block engine heat at idle and low speed.
It uses a large area to make sure the filter has tons of cool air.

TUNING
Custom dyno tuning is required with this kit.

FINISH OPTIONS
The standard finish is an OEM-looking black textured plastic.
