Refund Policy
S&B Filters is constantly striving to build the finest products available and also provide the best customer service possible.
Requirements for a refund:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.**
- Item(s) must be in new condition.
- All parts of the product must be returned.
Shipping and reimbursement policies:
- Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to S&B Filters' error.
- It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the package actually is returned to S&B Filters' Fontana, California location. (It is recommended that a shipping method with tracking is selected.)
- A 15% restocking fee applies unless:
- The return is due to S&B Filters' error.
- S&B Filters will not provide any cash refunds.
- RMA's (Return Material Authorizations) will be processed within 1 business day upon receipt of product.
- If applicable, a credit card refund will be processed within 1 business day upon receipt of product
- If a customer has terms with S&B Filters, a credit memo is issued (emailed/faxed) at that time.
**Universal Filters are not eligible for returns as it is a made to order product and all sales are final.
